We are IDAP Global LLP ("IDAP"). This privacy policy applies to the websites https://www.idap-global.com, https://idap.uk, https://www.idap.uk, other websites operated by IDAP unless otherwise specified on the specific website, and IDAP web applications and services (the "Services").
IDAP does not own your data, nor do we sell it to others or use it for advertising. We use any collected data for site performance, and providing an optimal experience. If you submit a form, we may use your data to directly market to you.
When visitors or users submit a form, we capture the IP Address for spam protection. We also capture the email address and might capture other personal data included in the Form fields.

We may also disclose your personal information as required by law (such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process), when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, when we believe there is a violation to our Terms of Service, to protect your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, to respond to a government request, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, or if we are involved in a bankruptcy or liquidation proceeding. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in protecting our legal rights and those of others, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in fulfilling legal obligations imposed by legal authorities outside of the EU or the UK.
Prevent fraud and abuse of the Services:Â We will share information to prevent or detect fraud or to address technical issues and if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding situations that involve abuse of the Services infrastructure. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in the maintaining the security of our Services.
We also process and share information in an aggregated, de-identified manner, where the information is shared as part of a statistical report and does not contain personal information.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
